Tourist Attractions and
Population
If you are not so fond of crouded cities and areas to live in, ten the Arctic Cordillera might be the place for you, because it is known to be one of Canada's most sparsley populated areas with a population of 1000 people and counting as the hours go by.
For about over a thousand years ago till today, the Inuit tribe have posession over the Arctic Cordillera and some Human Activities that occur in that area are, hunting, fishing, and trapping.
And the fact that it isn't a highly populated area may usually tend to attract people. Another factor that may attract tourist are the massive rugged ice mountains found in the Arctic Cordillera (people coming to view them).
National Parks
In the Arcic Cordillera, there are a number of National parks that offer spectacular scenaries of the high mountains. An example is Quttinirpaaq national park located on the northeastern area of Ellesmere Island in Nunuvat. The words Quttinirapaaq, meaning "top of the world", and it became a national park not long ago in the year 2000.
